ARTAS IX Hair Restoration
The Sexual Medicine Society of North America (SMSNA) advises against the use of permanent fillers like silicone and paraffin due to potential long-term complications. And the American Urological Society (AUA) considers penile girth enhancement (PGE) using subcutaneous fat injection to be unsafe and ineffective.

What is ARTAS iXi Hair Restoration?
The ARTAS iXi Robotic FUE Hair Restoration is an innovative hair transplant procedure that utilizes advanced robotic and artificial intelligence technologies to enhance the accuracy of follicular unit extraction (FUE). This method minimizes damage to hair follicles from the donor site, ensuring the integrity of each graft for implantation in the recipient area. Unlike traditional methods that can leave linear scarring, ARTAS ensures high-quality, natural-looking results without the drawbacks. The AI technology within the ARTAS system also eliminates the human fatigue and error that is very common in traditional transplant techniques.
Dallas Men's Health also incluldes its RegeneGro system with the ARTAS iXi treatment. This drastically reduces inflammation from the procedure and promotes faster healing, a much healthier graft and improved graft survival. This will produce a much better outcome than other transplant options.
Ideal Candidates for ARTAS iXi Robotic FUE Hair Restoration
Ideal candidates for this treatment are men experiencing hair loss who desire a permanent solution. You might be a suitable candidate if you:
- Individuals looking to restore areas of baldness, thinning hair, or a receding frontal hairline.
- Those with sufficient hair follicles and healthy hair growth for transplantation.
- Patients experiencing hair loss primarily starting at or above the temples.
- Individuals not facing hair loss due to medication, medical treatments, stress, or any other reversible cause.
- People with brown or black straight hair, as the ARTAS system is FDA-cleared for use on these hair types.
- Are in good general health
The root cause of your hair loss or thinning, donor site inadequacy, scalp infections, and lighter or non-straight hair may limit candidacy for the ARTAS treatment.
