PRP Platelet Rich Plasma, otherwise known as the P-shot

Blood is drawn from the patient and spun down to produce the plasma that is rich in growth factors and cytokines that act as regenerative and healing agents from your own body. PRP produces thousands of total growth factors to achieve its effects. These can be injected into the penis to improve ED and Peyronie’s disease or used to promote hair growth or improved facial aesthetics.

PRF Platelet Rich Fibrin – the 2nd Generation PRP

Blood is drawn from the patient and spun down to produce the plasma that is rich in growth factors and cytokines. A second spin occurs that adds fibrin which has a higher concentration of agents that act as regenerative and healing agents from your own body. This higher concentration in PRF subsequently results in better results that last longer. This product is used in the same way as PRP and for the same reasons.

PRF+ Platelet Rich Fibrin + Hyaluronic Acid with Photoactivation and Incubation

This takes PRF to the next level.  The HA releases more platelets and the photoactivation (which is recommended by the FDA) is much safer and more effective at activating the platelets and releases more Growth Factors and healing agents. Most clinics utilize Calcium Chloride as a platelet activator which the FDA recommends against.  

This innovative process creates a webbing that traps all of the platelets and healing agents in the area of need (washout) for 7 days for vastly improved results.  Most clinics have washout rates of less than 1 minute so the effects are minimal and must be repeated multiple times.

In addition, exosomes and acellular stem cell products can be added to this matrix thereby increasing the total number of growth factors into the billions or trillions for even better results.
